UNNECESSARY DEDUCTION

I have recharged for a 2g pack and the next day without any info. I have lot 45 rupee from main balance saying that a 3g pack has activated and my 2g plan has Been cancelled, I can’t tolerate this
my main balance 45 and my 2g pack 134 went wastly kindly do a need full
I need a justice
I cant forgive this technical cheaters if this is an usual one then this fellows are number one frauds and should be punished for robed my money
