SIR I HAVE PURCHASED ONE ASUS ZENFONE-5 MOBILE HANDSET THROUGH FLIPKART ONLINE SITE. BUT AFTER 5 MONTHS THE BATTERY WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, BUT AS COSTUMER SERVICE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT JAISALMER I WAS UNABLE TO DEPOSITE AT SERVICE CENTRE. AFTER THAT DAY THE BATTERY WAS EXPANDED TO ITS EXTEREME LEVEL AND THE SCREEN WAS CRACKED .BUT WHEN I HAVE GIVEN TO COSTUMER SERVICE CENTER AT BANGALURU, THEY HAVE DENIED TO REPAIR IT QUOTING THAT THE DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER THEIR GURENTEE POLICY .
FURTHER IT IS UNDER THE GUARENTEE PERIODUPTO NOV 15.
