Cheating OYO ROOMs

Hi Oyo rooms!

It is learnt that, i should not question or ask for the amenities that you are not providing at oyo rooms which are being promised on the websites and application of oyo on mobiles.

Because, I had questioned and asked that amenities are not being provided at chetan international oyo rooms at bangalore for my two days booking, my registered mobile number 9492235673 has been blocked my oyo rooms management.

Moreover, when i tried to contact the oyo room through MESSAGES option in my face book with id [email protected] that facility has been blocked by oyo rooms management.Even the LIKE and COMMENT options are blocked by the oyorooms management.

I finally noticed is that you people are purposefully cancelling all my bookings done through my mobile oyorooms applications.

I felt it is being personally done to take grudge on me.

Kindly notice that i am booking the rooms by seeing the my favorite brand name OYOROOMS and no by any other person who is working there. I am contacting the OYO ROOMS which has given me option to book rooms and not by seeing any person by name or any persons in a group who are working for OYO ROOMS.

You staff are behaving as though you people are only owners of that OYOROOMS and blocking customers like this? I really don’t digest the thing why you people are behaving so rude?

JUST I WANT TO KNOW THE REaSONS FOR BLOCKING MY NUMBER 9492355673 TO CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER? AND ALSO THE REASON WHY MESSAGES, LIKE AND COMMENT OPTIONS ARE REMOVED BY YOUR STAFF? AND ALSO TO KNOW WHY MY BOOKINGS ARE BEING CANCELLING WITH OUT MY CONSENT?

Bringing to your notice the demerits to your level is the only mistake i did? If not able to listen customer feedback and complaints what for you people are working there? Blocking the customers is the only solution to you people have learnt or what?

I am really totally disappointed about your services and behaviour of customer care staff who speaks very roughly with customers. If not interested customers like us please tell us… we will stop booking your rooms in future… we have plenty of options to book better rooms than your OYOROOMS… and still more corporate chain of hotels are offering rooms at good prices with 24hours check out facility.

Its really very worst behaviour by you people……I must have shame to correspond with you people and want to correspond with you people still?

Just i want to know the reasons for blocking me… that it… so i am writing this mail..

whether you take action or not on the concerned is least least least bothered for me and waste of my valuable time and energy…. In fact any organizations invite complaints or feed back for better improvement and quality of their working style of organisations…… but you coward run away and hide with out listening customer complaints or feed back and block customers…. I think your organisation will not retain for more time if you treat customers so cheap and neglect them…..

Just give me the reason for what, you people have blocked me as above said?

Sorry to trouble you ..

I checked in at oyo rooms at room no. 107 of chetan international hotel Bangalore at 11.25pm on 17.7.15.

Here amenities are really really very much meagre

No tv is working,
no WiFi connection, no 24hrs hot water, no bucket and mug inside bath room,
no leg mat out side bath room,
no rug/chader provided to cover our body on bed,
dark cupboard in which we cannot keep our luggage…

… informed the same to customers care executive over phone… but he told he transfers called to concerned department… and line cutted after few minutes…

really shame to oyo rooms to provide such a lowclass meager standards……

Please take action immediately…

oyorooms blocked me to avoid messages to its inbox in facebook. Because it’s not bold nd brave to digest it’s mistakes and meager standards that i complain to them in form of messages I write to their inbox in facebook..

This is called as escapism from discharging of their duties.

Moreover they removed like and comment options in Facebook for me coz what I comment their meager standards it will not solve and it will be proven as bekaaar standards at oyo rooms…

Really shameless standards…. By bekaaar oyo rooms…..

I am sure that your chain of group of hotels will not sustain the real competition world and one fine day it’s going to be collapsed.

I will wait for that moment and till then I don’t wanna stay at oyo rooms in future coz it never proves its promised standards…

    I have been using OYOrooms from past year, with more than five bookings. It was a smooth transaction until my last booking which was a pay at booking.

    I booked a property (single room for double occupancy) on Arambol Beach at Goa during the fourth week of March (20th to 25th of March), and paid a sum of Rs.4495 via online. I was pushed to a situation to cancel the booking later due to some safety issues that I came across on several reviews and my friends.

    During the cancellation of the booking after few days on 13th of March, I called up the customer care agent of OYOrooms to ensure my cancellation and the terms and conditions for the same, in which the person gave an assurance about the refund of the amount paid within 7 to 14 days after the cancellation.

    In a situation where OYOrooms failed to refund the amount within the specified period of time, I again called up to ensure about the same on Sunday (27th March) , where they claim that the property is non-refundable eventually the amount wont be refunded. (Agent Miss.Meenakshi)

    After contacting higher officials of the firm, ( Mr.Rishab Saxena, Sr Executive ) where they claim to have went through the call recordings and found no assurance by their agent. When I demand to share the call recording, initially they (Miss.Reeta, who claims to be the top most official to contact regarding the issue) accept in sharing the call recoding and asked permission for a day or two and assigned a call back. Miss.Chandhni Chauhan who called back seeking additional information regarding the issue, had a ver rude behaviour and is found to be skeptic on me.

    Again they call back on Monday (28th March) to say the same and refused to share the call recordings.

    Irony is that the terms and conditions which I was supposed to accept in order to pay the amount clearly specifies about the 100% refund if a booking is cancelled before 24 hours of check in. I have attached the screenshots of the terms and conditions that specify the above point.

    I am unhappy and frustrated with the service they provide where your employees make me me call several times with no proper response and held me on line for more than 20 mins in each and every call. I never expected such a worst service from a trusted firm. It is mentioned that you provide budget rooms, do u even think a customer looking for a budget room will not be caring about the money?

    I hope there is someone who can help me sort this issue out and get my cash refunded.

    Dear ritesh,
    Having exhausted all levels of grievance redressal I am left with no choice but to approach you for refund of cancellation charges. I cancelled my booking one day in advance due to change in my travel plans. To my horror I found that entire booking amount of rs 2773 was deducted and that too without any caution by the app.
    I want to point out a serious lapse in your cancellation policy. The criteria for free cancellation should be one day instead of measuring it in hrs. Since you are not selling the room in hrs. This free cancellation one day prior policy is being followed across the world marriott is one such example. Also, since the check in time is flexible and is taken upto 2359hrs of that day that is why cancellation uto 2359hrs of a day prior to check in is taken as yardstick across the world. This 24hr thing is misleading and certainly shows your profit making policies in poor light. I am sure you a looking to stay in this business for a longer duration, to sustain customer trust is of paramount importance.
    Therefore may I request for a quick refund of entire amt back into my account.

    Booking ID HBFE3041.i m pld customer of oyo and oyo having fraud system. i booked property in 1241 rs and after checking out they charge me 1846 rs. this is something ridiculous experiance and i m making complaint against oyo in local police station.

    THESE OYO CHEATERS ARE NOW SO SHAMELESS THEY HAVE STARTED RUNNING SEX RACKET WITH THE HOTELS. I HAD SUCH A SERIOUS COMPLAIN OF HOTEL CAMERA PEEPING INTO BATHROOM. BUT NO ACTION WHATSOEVER BY THESE CHEATERS. NOT EVEN A SINGLE REPLY ON MAIL ACKNOWLEDGING THE SAME. HAVE RAISED THE ISSUE WITH DM AND SSP OF THE AREA BUT THEY HAVE TURNED BLIND EYE TO IT.

    I WILL TAKE THE MATTER TO COURT IF NOT RESOLVED ON TIME.

    We went to Uttrakhand as tourists on 26/ 05 /2016 to spend our vacation in Ramnagar, Jim Corbett. but we had to face horrifying incident with us in the Hotel.

    My wife booked a room from OYO Android app on 26/05/2017 for OYO Property No. 14631, Mahuban Resort, Address : Village Kyari Road Kyari Kham, 244715 Rāmnagar, India.

    We have discovered peeping holes in the toilet of this hotel from where one can see a video camera peeping in the toilet. (PFA photos of the same). We suspect we have been video graphed in the toilet of this resort.

    We have tried raising the issue with OYO and they have chosen to turn a blind eye to this incident which is a very serious issue of infringement of my fundamental right to privacy and outraging the modesty of women under section 354 of IPC.

    I request you to please send your authorities to this hotel for inspection and cease their Videos cameras and recordings done by them.

    Please do take necessary action immediately against OYO and this property. We don’t want the same thing to happen with any other tourist visiting this OYO property.

    I tried raising a complaint online on Uttrakhand police website also but its showing some error. Will try to file a FIR physically if I will come to Uttralkhand in next few days.

    I will be posting a written complaint to your office and office of SSP Nanital regarding the same shortly.

But still there was open space between the walls. I tried checking how it looks if you peep through this open slit from open gallery outside. What I saw was beyond our imagination. You’re seeing right through the slit, right to genital level and above … right in the shower.

    Now my question is?

    HOW THE HELL CAN SOMEONE TELL YOU THAT THESE PEEPING HOLES AND 8 FEET OPEN SLIT BETWEEN THE WALL IS A PART OF THEIR INTERIOR DECORE AND DESIGN OF THE HOTEL?

    WHAT BLODDY NONSENCE ARE WE TAKING ABOUT? IF THIS WAS SO WHY DIDN’T YOU PUT A TRANSPARENT GLASS INSTEAD OF A BRICK WALL OF TOILET FACING OPEN GALLERY AND ASK THESE PEOPLE TO TAKE BATH AND PUBLICALY DISPLAY WHAT THEY DO IN THE TOILET.

    We haven’t taken any dinner in the hotel, COUDNT USE THE TOILET AND BATHROOM properly. Just wanted to pass one night and check-out in the morning.
    We have ruined our precious vacation because of OYO Rooms and need the FULL REFUND FOR THIS STAY WITHOUT DELAY. Along with it you have to compensate for our loss.

    NOW I AM GIVING OYO TIME OF 48 HOURS TO RESPOND AND CONFIRM WHAT ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN IN THIS REGARDS.

    Failing which I will file a complaint and FIR against this property and OYO ROOMS with Uttrakhand police under Section 354 of IPC for outraging the modesty of women and will file a consumer case against you.

    Hello All,

    I made a booking with Oyo and the amount of INR 2597 got debitted from my account but it is not showing anywhere in my bookings. However I got a message from oyo stating “We have received a payment of INR 2597 against Booking ID: FJHZ9126 through Debit Card”. And after calling custmer care I recieved no solution to my problem, the representative was not helpful and asked me to pay additional money to confirm my booking.

    My experience with OYO has been humiliating in the past and after this I have made my mind to not go for OYO under any circumstances. I request you to please initiate the refund for my amount to the orignal mode of payment by earliest!
