balance deduction

As you know Internet is the basic need for the common man these days, and the Telecom companies like Idea are taking advantage of it..
They always deduct balance without any warning. When I activate the Internet plan every time I got a msg that your Internet plan is activated you can now use the Internet. Then I start using Internet, after 5mins of surfing my main balance suddenly goes to zero.. After that as usual now I m going to call customer care. After telling the whole situation they replied “sir, you have start running the Internet while your plan is being under process..”…
.. But there was no such message I got that your plan is under process.. But instead I got “your plan is activated you can surf the Internet “….
..so why they are fooling people.?
I’ve lost almost 1500-2000 rupees by this kind of non-sense…

I want you to take appropriate step to resolve this..
