Service centre not providing battery

I own a micromax canvas doodle A111. Its battery went dead after 1.5 years. I went into service centre and they made an invoice for rs 1000 for new battery. they promissed to deliver in 10 days. its been more than a month now but no news on battery. i tried contacting micromax help desk but they also are not supportive
