sim card not activated

Dear Idea customer care,

My mobile number is 9881404956, I have replaced my sim on 13-June-2015, after 1 week card has deactivated, I have submitted document at the time of card replace and also resubmitted document on 27-june-2015 in your idea gallary. D H communication, landewadi, Bhosari, pune411039. Still my card is not activated.

I am very unhappy and frustrated about your services .

Please let me know when will your company activate my sim card.
