My Customer number for Tikona service – 1112698764,
I opted for Tikona Internet service on 18th march 2015 and I was promised a speed of 4 MBPS for 30gb and later the speed would be decreased to 500KBPS, which I confirmed the actual speed what I will get, the technician said you will get close to 500kbps.
So After using it for 3 days I realized a drop in the speed, it was because I had consumed the entire data allocated in 3 days, I was amazed to see this, since I had mentioned my usage history and they said it was an ideal plan for me.
I straight away complaint about this to the technician, he was to rude about it and stopped picking up my phone, I called the call center, the worst one I ever came across, no resolution was given, I straightway moved on for a refund, which took me 3 to 4 times calling everyday for a week to get it done, they said it would take time, I was okay about, But I happened to get bills on the registered address, I called them they said 24 hours to 48 hours I would get some help from them.
On 18th May 2015, a guy comes with the tikona slip and takes all the materials from me, after a week i called back and they said they haven’t received the material, i was shocked, and i called later has well and one of the representative confirmed the product is been received, and from then I am calling back for the refund, it was bitter experience dealing with people with such laid back attitude, they really don’t care..
I call everyday they hung up on me, I firmly say I need to talk to manager which I seriously doubt there are any and they hung up the phone, they keep on hold and never come back.
I have recorded each and every call, please let me know where I can upload them as proofs against this fraud company.
They promise a call back after 24 hours to 48 hours But I guess 1 hour =1 day for this company, I can’t call from my registered number has its blocked.
I need some help, of how to take this case ahead, I have wasted my time, money, I have even been stressed talking to some unethical representatives.
So please suggest, I want the company to go the same stress which I have been
