Hi,
This is Ashish Kumar, i am using idea cellular’s service since last 2 years…my number is 9785433769 ( Rajasthan Telecom Circle)
Currently i m having a bad experience with you services as on 19th june 2015 i recharged my number with Rs. 250/- at 10:00 A.M. ( that is is magic recharge offer in rajasthan circle in which customer gets minimum balance of 250). But after few days when i checked my balance, it shows i have around Rs.161 in my account.
After this harass incident i called to idea customer care services at 8:35 P.M. on 24th June 2006 and spoke to Mr. Anoop singh ( employee id is 02277).
i asked him about my balance deduction and he told me that i have subscribed for a service through internet but actually i didnt.
I asked him to register a complain and provide me a complain number, but he refused to register my complain.
Here i must clear that i haven’t subscribed for any VAS service as idea’s executive told me.
I request you to register my complain and credit my account with deducted amount.
looking forward to your customer friendly services.
Regards
Ashish Kumar
