I had a dispute of payment of my credit card with the bank since 2011. I had my reason for non payment of the amount and conyeyed to the bank -credit card dept. on many occassions. I had stopped using the card and made two pieces and dropped in the banks drop box in the year 2011 and informed the bank accordingly.the small outstanding amount became Rs.6377.44 after adding late fee,interests penalties etc.
The bank never bothered reply my e-mails. I am having two saving accounts in two of their branches. On 15th June I have received A lein note threatening me to attach my bank acconts.for which I had promptly replied and told them that to refer my earlier correspondances and also enclosed one of the correspodance for ready reference.
Today I received an SMS alert on my mobile phone saying my account has been debited Rs.6377.44 .(The amount outstanding according to the bank)
I kindly request you to intervene in this matter and do justice to me. Please note that there was no outstanding payment for any purchase or service provided by using the said credit card.
