change of plan without informing the costmer

yesterday i checked GPRS plan on *121# and it showed that the plan is 1GB 2G for 28 days on 175 and i recharged it but after recharging i got 700 something MB for 21 days when i caller costomer help line for complaint they said plan was changed but not updated to 121 .now its my fault or company’s fault . By this i think the Airtel company has cheated so many costomers so i complains agaist Airtel and i want my full pack
