I had ordered for three items from the Kaunsa.com online site on 1st June and payment of 2109 was effected through credit card(Order ID Kaun/438820). I received a confirmatory email from them stating that my items would be shipped soon and I could expect them latest by 16th June. I received 1 item within a couple of days but there has been no trace of the other two items which I had specifically ordered for my daughter’s birthday. The birthday has come and gone and there’s no sign of these items. I wrote to them repeatedly and all I got from them was a complaint ticket no which is the title of this complaint. When I try to reach them on phone their Customer care nos are not functional. Customer Care Executive at 8010775500/ 0120-4111111-both these numbers are not functional. I wish I had done some online research before ordering from such fakes. Please help me in getting my refund as I’m no longer in need of the items that I had ordered for. It’s three weeks now.
