We registered under this maid supplying agency by the name “Smitha Matrimonial & House Servant Agency”
1) Had paid registration fees of Rs. 5000 which was a precondition before supplying a maid for looking after 3 month old baby (which eventually they have not supplied till date!).
2) The registration fee was taken in cash and a receipt without a service tax registration no. was provided to us. (this was of course done to evade the service tax to be paid to the government). When we insisted on cheque payment, they refused to accept it.
3) The first maid selected and finalized by us after paying the registration fee did not turn up the next day!!!
4) Till May 10, 2015, we did not get a suitable maid to take care of our baby was just 3 months old then. Hence we were forced to arrange for a maid through other means
5) Now when we have asked for the refund of the registeration fees there is a complete no response from there side.
6) 2 emails sent as on date have not been replied by them
