I have a Mediclaim policy with The Oriental Insurance Co Ltd. Policy No. 313501/48/2015/571 which expired on 08-06-2015 00:00:00.0). The branch office refused to renew the policy in time and also refused to give anything in black and white. On 12/06/2015 I sent an email to [email protected] with a request to take necessary action as I can renew my policy within 15 days grace period. But I have not received any response from the concerned authority. I hope you will look into the matter and help me as I can renew my policy within 15 days grace period, ie. by 23/06/2015.
