HEIGHT OF INHUMANITY

I have a very serious complaint regarding the worst and pathetic inhumanity from the AMEY TRAVELS BUS DRIVER AND CONDUCTOR,
on 13th June my wife with my two daughters of 5yrs and 1yrs with two bags and two small boxes of fruit, took the bus of Amey Travels from Ratnagiri, at the time of boarding, the bus staff, looking the alone lady, harassed my wife that you have to pay extra amount for the luggage, even the luggage was not so much.

Secondly, upon arrival at mumbai, it was raining and i was also waiting their, but they stopped the bus well before the decided location and dropped down my wife with small children and the luggage at the road and left my family helpless under the raining. my wife, my 6yrs old daughter, and 1 yr old baby with the luggage was stranded helpless.

It is just the unacceptable from the AMEY TRAVELS, i need to take the action against them……….
