Hello Sir,
Tata sky has upgraded thier service from MGEG2 to MGEG4 and committed to change all existing MGEG2 Set-top boxes to new MGEG4 boxes. My services stopped working as need to change set-top box,for this i have registered request on 19th May, but even after calling daily to customer care, their is no response and every time they are saying that their technician will call soon.
Now i am fed up of calling then daily to here same thing.
Kindly help and need viewer off my amount which has been deducted from my account from 19th May.
