Relations Sales Corporations – A Reliance subsidiary : Big Fraud!!

Hi All,

I got a call from Miss Priya from Reliance regarding a post paid connection with INR 350 rental offering me 1000 minutes of free call (Local and STD) and 1 GB free 3G data and unlimited 2G post that. I was informed about payment of INR 1500 initially which will be adjusted against my bill from 2nd month onwards.

The offer looked good and I gave my consent to go for the same. A so called Reliance executive named Ankit came to my home address (New Delhi) on 30th May and was from ‘Relations Sales Corporations’ handed over the reliance sim card and took an account payee cheque in favour of ‘Relations Sales Corporations’ for an amount of INR 1500/=. My problem is that the number (9555194194) is still not activated and as and when I call rfeliance customer service (worst customer service ever), I am asked to contact the agency who sold me the same…..This is utterly ridiculous!! I tried contacting Relations Sales on Mo# 9136897870 and nobody is willing to answer my call.

I want my INR 1500 to be refunded immediately!! and would not like to be associated with Reliance.
