Subject: Bad Servicing Experience

Sir/Mam,

I have been a lifelong admirer of your motorbikes and last year (28/7/14) had the privilege to own one – Classic 350. But after a week or so after my first servicing, my bike started to leak oil from its engine. When I did approach the serving team, they didn’t fix it even in my next 3 servicing, moreover had quite a rude behaviour. Even before approaching 10,000 km on my bike, I was refuted every time and after 10K they said it’s now out of warranty. I even paid Rs. 3500 today at a registered Royal Enfield service center to fix it but it’s still not fixed.  I even have the transcripts with me to further prove this point. Frankly, I overall had a quite unpleasant experience.

I would like to stress again that I have been an admirer of your motorbikes and have in fact suggested my friend to buy one. But now I am starting to doubt my decisions of buying or even suggesting it to someone. I would urge you to take this matter seriously and help me out sorting out this problem.
