Offer promised by Airtel was not given

Sir Iam Satendra Singh mobile number 8134031864from Air force Guwahati. I recharged my mobile with a offer. Offer was that after installing the myairtel application ,on ist recharge you will get full talktime on Rs100/200 and an additional cashback of Rs 25 on myairtel application.My phone number is 8134031854 . I have complained 3 times at customer care but it was of no result. I did not get full talktime as well as i did not get any cashback. My complaints number are cbnrv20529474352, cbnrv20603256274 ,cbnrv20524454782. Fake promises are made by the airtel. I will buy another sim if this complaint is not resolved. Iam fed up of airtels promises. I thought it was a genuine company.
