Bill has been paid but Mobile no has beed closed/Deactivated.

Vodafone Bill has been paid properly but Vodafone Mobile no has been stop/Deactivated……without Intimation.Kindly Provide and Active my Mobile No (7503987840).Five times i have visted in Vodafone Corporate Office (Vasant Vihar).But he told me this no provide by Aircel due to no port by Aircel to Vodafone.
I have also visted to Aircel Corporate Office.Kindly Resolved my Query as soon as Possible……I am Waiting your revert.
