Not providing the SMS alert service

Dear sir,

I have been mentally harrased by PNB branch & PNB toll free helpline.

since a long time I am not getting the sms alerts for any transaction. Yet Bank cuts the charges for it every three months

when I go to branch, they asks me to contact there toll free helpline, and when I go to helpline, they asks to contact branch, Its a Irritating condition ………!!!

plz help me as soon as possible………….
