This complain is for youbroadband its been 20 days that i shifted my addres so i requested fr shifting of my internet on 3rd may (dont rememver the exact date) and they said they will contact within 48 hours but there was no response only after calling again and again they sent a person to do the cabeling part and when i said that i need to renew my plan they sent their representative very next day. But after the payment internet did nt started due to some technicle issues i kept on complaining but no result, it was only after 3 days the net started but than comes the speed part they promised 1Mbps speed but it was so slow that i could not operate whatsapp in my phone. Than again i maid a complain but no result after using internet fr one day on friday i.e. 29th may 2015, there server again went bad and no internet connection. i again made complain it was not resolved and they promised to send an executive on 30th may but nobody turned up and now they are doing nothing to fix the problem. Useless and beacause of this i have faced many problems m not able to do my work .. Internet is very necessary and they are not providing the service they promised
