I have 2 numbers with Vodafone, I had issues with Vodafone since ages, initially had issues with network and 3G speed, which Vodafone never got back to me for, then had issues with them changing priceplans without prior informing me, and hence decided to port out the number, paid both the bills as soon as the bills got printed and put a port out request, for some odd reason they canceled the request, when called they offered a new price plan which was less costly and Promised me that it will not change for life time, and i got retained to avoid the hassle of again porting out, on my other number the plan got changed within 48 hours, and on my number again i had to call then on numerous occasions to get the plan changed, during these calls, i was spoken to very rudely and to add to it, i was also told that he has a lot of customers to speak to and cannot wast his time on me and Hung Up, i complained about this, but as usual, no reply, then about 15 days later the plan is finally changed to what i was promised, and now suddenly after a month thee company again changed the plan without notifying me, and have sent a huge bill, the plan initially promised was Rs 370 which includes some minutes of talk time, inter calling to the other number free, and also 1 GB 3G internet, and as soon as that gets over, it will automatically switch to 2G with 64 kbps speed and unlimited 2G without any extra charge. now within a month of this change, they again suddenly changed the plan WITHOUT informing me and changed it to 1 GB 3G free, and after 1 GB is over they let it go till Rs 650 and after that 2G will be activated, and have sent a high bill, i called them on numerous occasions, and also visited the store, where the manager was very rude, and told me that this will never be resolved and no one will help me, he was not ready to give that to me in writing tough, Please can any one help me..?????
i had also sent them a lot of e mails in the past, and the result was the same, Useless…
