Aircel is continuously deducting balance from my account and when I complained against this to the customer care, she said that there is no update regarding deduction kindly contact after 2 hours. Now when I am trying to contact the customer care from last 2 days , it’s continuously prompting me that the customers care are busy
this behavior from the company is making me think that they might blocked my number to reach the service care..
This is not enough, although I have free A-A local calling balance, its is deducting my main balance in between.
Kindly take some steps to make me feel better.
