company promised thats he give us 3000 paytm cash if i purchase samsung e7 mobile from relince store but he did’t give me 3000 rs paytm cash

Sir,
I purchase a mobile samsung e7 from relince mini store at shastri nagar Ajmer. Billing date is 8 april 2015 .
When i purchase this mobile the dealer say that if u purchase samsung e7 from our store you will found a paytm code after 20 day. the code provide u 3000 rs paytm cash.
But i dont found any code or email from the store.
Sir plz solve my issue and plz provide me my 3000 rs paytm cash from the store ..
