Service not received for the Water Purifier I purchased from Aqua Fresh RO System, Delhi

Hello Team,

I purchased a water purifier machine from Aqua Fresh RO System, Delhi (www.aquafreshro.com) vide Bill No- 6527 in the moth of Nov-2014 but when I contacted to the company customer care number to provide the routine check up service for this machine and send their service executive, so they didn’t send anyone.

There all number mentioned on their website are also non-responsive, they are cutting my calls too and not supportive at all.

They are even not providing their services in free One Year Period, so how they can anyone expect that they will provide the same after One Year for the paid services if we continue with them.

I would request you to please look in this case and provide me justice, If a company or firm is registered to Sale in any of the locality/country then it should be held responsible always.
