Unauthorized activation of plan

I am a subscriber of Idea network. On 26.04.2015 I have recharged with Rs.253/- for 1.25 GB 3G internet and accordingly the plan was activated on my mobile no. Subsequently I asked the retailer to recharge Rs.95/- so as to get Rs. 96 TT as per the plans of Idea network. But the negligent retailer recharged with Rs. 96/- and activated 2G plan of 500 MB for 21 days. Thus my previous 3G plan of 1.25 GB for 28 days was collapsed without my permission or prior intimation. Further when I contacted to Idea customer Care and reported the matter to harish Reddy he stated that its my fault and further stated to port to other networks. Further when I interacted with the retailer he slavisly answered that it is the fault of service provider(IDEA network). However I have to bear loss of Rs. 253 + 96. Therefore i request to do needful and render justice in view of other innocent subscribers and prevent such extortions.
