I HAVE PURCHASED A LENOVO MOBILE (MODEL P780) ON 10TH APRIL 2014 FROM PUJARA TELECOM RAJKOT. MOBILE WORKD FOR ONE MONTH ONLY AND THEN NETWORK ERROR FAULT OCCURED. I HAVE SUBMITTED MOBILE FOR REPAIRING TO LENOVO SERVICE CENTRE AND IT HAS BEEN RETURNED AFTER REPARING BUT SAME NETWORK PROBLEM OCCURED AGAIN AND I HAVE SUBMITTED IT FIVE TIMES WHEN FAULT NETWORK ERROR WAS THERE. AT LAST I SUBMITTED ON 14TH MARCH 2015 AND AFTER REPARING I GOT IT ON 18TH APRIL. NOW WARANTY OF MOBILE IS ALREADY EXPIRED AND COMPANY IS NOT SUPPORTING IN ANY MANNER. I COULD NOT USE MOBILE FOR LAST ONE YEAR BECAUSE NETWORK FAULT AGAIN AND AGAIN AND LENOVO COMPANY COULD NOT REPAIR IT. I ALSO REQUEST THEM FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE MOBILE WHICH THEY DID NOT ACCEPT. NOW AGAIN MOBILE IS NOT WROKING AND NETWORK PROBLEM IS THERE.
