I had purchased one micromax Canvas elanza A121 and after three months the Screen got
Fading.
I got check with technique services on 18/0/2015 and was inform that the parts are not
available and had no idea when to recd the parts from company side.
I regurlarly contacted with both the Company and service centre but my effort was all in
vain
more then 35 days are gone and the the company ..Micromax had no stock of suitable parts
for the model..
I requested that if the company have no stock then they should replace the handset .. but
reply was unanswered
