Can i get advice in one of my Civil problem. We have one land and someone is forcefully acquiring some portion of the land. We have made 144 aganist them but they dont bother about that and for that we have informed the local PS (i.e Jagatballav Pur) and made a GD. but sir PS is not helping us in any way. after that we have made Injunction aganist the Portion where they are forcefully acquiring, but they are also not caring about the Injunction and PS is also supporting them.
please advice how to protect my land. Please advice.
