Non Receiving of House hold goods

Sir,
I have booked my house holds from Darlaghat Himachal Pradesh to Village Rawan Baloda Bazar , Chattissgarh through Agarwal Movers and Packers(chandigarh), But after 12 day still i didn’t receive my goods , and the company is ignoring my request and treating me with bad words.
So I have to put a case on them .Kindly suggest.
