I had gone to withdraw money from A.T.M. on Ashiana Chawraha situated under Jail Road S.B.I. branch. I tried to withdraw money from A.T.M. No. 1 (A.T.M. Machine Sr. No. S10B012221083). After processing and entering PIN No machine hanged, as a result, I went to neighboring A.T.M. No. in . 2 (A.T.M. Machine Sr. No. S10A012221011) and withdrawn Rs. 5000/ and after completing of process, I got two massages from my bank, first one at 5:49: informing withdrawal of Rs.5000/ from my bank S/B, A/C No. 30883617424 and another massage at 5.54PM informing withdrawal of Rs. 20,000/- from 1st . A.T.M. (Machine Sr. No. S10B012221083). Whereas I had not made any withdrawal from the machine on account of snag in A.T.M. No. 1 (A.T.M. Machine Sr. No. S10B012221083).
It was supposed A.T.M. Machine should cancel my transaction within a minute after leaving 1st A.T.M. but withdrawal of Rs.20,000 took place after 5 minutes as such it is a case of malfunction of Bank A.T.M. machine.
This way I have been cheated and put to loss of Rs. 20,000/- causing mental agony. .
