Aircel Mis-sell Product and deduct 80 rupees

Hello Sir,

I have a Aircel Prepaid mobile connection(+917278110396) in kolkata
circle. On 16th Apr 00:06 AM I activated a Internet Pack(KOLDECPI3) by
self service,dialing *121# which promises to give Daily 15 MB 3G/2G
data for 28 days at Rs3/Day. On 20 Apr 00:47 AM I used internet from
my mobile and used few MB internet (less than 15 MB) but they charge
be 80 rupees for it. When i complain for this 80 rupees deduction,
they didn’t pay any attention and replied they can’t refund the money.
Even though i have already subscribed to a internet pack which promises
to give me 15MB 2G/3G data DAILY but still they deducted 80 rupees.
Their justification was my number was credited with 15MB data on 02:30
AM. This is totally unethical practice by Aircel.While selling the
product (self service,dialing *121#) they are advirtising 15 MB data
DAILY but actually they are not giving us that. Daily means 24 HRS (
from 00:00 AM to 23:59 PM) but they are giving 21:30 HRS (02:30 AM to
23:59 PM). Even if this might be their business policy but they
should not mis-sell their product, they should inform their customers
in advance. I was not informed this term any where neither while
buying the product by self service by dialing *121# nor by message. So
i request Consumer Forum to help me in this issue and take necessary
steps so that Aircel refund my 80 rupees. If require I can attach
screen shots of their advertisement in self service *121# which
promises daily 15MB 2G/3G data.
