I wanted to get a good quality toy for my sisters b day so I choosed Hamleys and brought a donkey doll from Express Awnue Mall chennai Hamleys Store. I was extremely embarrassed to know the doll which I gifted was damaged. I wanted to return the doll so checked with the store guy and he says ” we cannot check if each doll is damaged or n good condition” it was an awsome ans .. Managed to get a credit note as I din want to shop fr the day with such a brilliant ans.. My transportation cost is for sure expensive than the doll price I suppose .. I request Hamley company to look forward a above complaint
