Supply of defective Battery & Delay in supply of spare parts ( a new battery )

Dear sir,
we have bought a “Micromax Canvas Elanza2 IMEI NO. 911367151295665” Mobile phone from GS enterprises Raj Plaza complex Dehradun on 3rd August 2014 but its battery has swelled and not working since last 15 days. we have approached to Micromax’s service center “Micromax informatics ltd RK Mobile Services Hans Plaza Complex at Dehradun for its replacement/ purchase of new battery on 15 day back but could not get it as the same was not available at service center also. Service center have also intimated to us that they have placed order for the battery on 10th April 2015. today when we have inquired about the status of availability , they informed us that the same it not available till date and also informed that company is not in a position to assured the date /period of delivery. my mobile phone is idle and is of not of any use to me since last 30 days.
This is a cheating to consumers not supplying its spare parts (even after paying for the same ) of the mobile phone purchased just 8 month back. We are having doubt that they will pass the time, so that the warranted period of the mobile phone is also expired or will not attend our request/ complain because they are having less interest in making available the spare parts in time. this is the fraudulent business strategy of the company.
