Non Receipt of Salary

This is to bring to your kind notice the non-receipt of my salary since Apr 2014. I request you to kindly look into the same and facilitate early release of my dues as one payment. If it is difficult for the company to release the same at one go, request that the
payment be made in 2-3 instalments (But paid early) and paid up to date.

I have not made payment since Apr 2014 and am being followed by my
creditors.which has forced me to raise this issue and draw it to your
attention.

I would appreciate an early settlement of my dues and thank you in
advance for a positive reply.
