Sir/Ma’am, It is brought to your notice that I have taken a Tata Sky connection with ID No. 1067160091 with Multi TV connection. I have given almost 10 times request since 31st Mar-15 for deactivation my secondary connection to Tata Sky customer cares but they have not solved my problem till today. After that I have tried to talk Tata Sky customer care’s senior officers but they have put my call on hold for much times. They are trying to waste my money and itself trying to earn to do like that. I have paid approximate 475/-per month and I have waste my money approximate 210/- in last 18 days.
It is requested to please look into this matter and please solve this problem. I want my wastage money back with deactivation my secondary connection.
