My son order a pizza on behalf of me online dated 21/02/13 at 19:59:00 Hrs. for Pizza No.1. Fiery Ride pricing of 470/-, with one on one free pizza No.2. Paneer Makhani picing zero and tax 46.74 total 516.74 plus my loss of time costing 10,000/- All payment made through net banking of United Bank of India Bilaspur, Gandhi Chowk branch savings bank account No. 1539010009836 refer to pizza order no. 0425-3123588 to deliver at Bilaspur Pizza Hut, Rama Magneto Mall. But after 30 min when i rush to the counter they said they did not receive any order , so i asked about the oredr No and after then they prepare both the pizza and deliver it me by paying cash as they did not received any payment. In the mean while I got the telephonic call from pizza hut , Ujjain that your order is ready and awaiting for take home delivery. How ever the order is placed at Ujjain is quite mysterious. So immediately I cancel the order as Ujjain is so far from Bilaspur and asked them to refund my money as I get the pizza from Bilaspur. But till date they did not refund the amount after several contact with pizza hut Ujjain tel No.073439883988. Actually they are not in a mood to repay my money.
