Number problem

Dear sir,
i am satyendra. i want to say that before i use Airtel.but in between idea member called me and tell about idea posped plan so that time i was agray for port in idea. that time i was paid 300. Rs. with Bill and sim in okhala on date -10-3-2015.But now idea members port my airtel to idea.my number 9958218978.But now my number is not start.i have talk with him. He is telling,”your number is srart not.but my idea sim is not but working and
so please help me for my number start
