I am using Tata Sky and cant believe that a company with such a vast presence can stoop to this level of not providing service to customer and charging for the same.
Since 9th April there is service disruption and as they are going for so called revamp, I thought of waiting for response after putting complain by all the means provided by the company. But even after 5 days no one arrived to restore the service. I am helpless and can’t do anything other than talking to their call center guy, but no one answer the call also.
I think any cable service provider should be penalized for not able to provide service even after 5 days.
