provided bad network and services, giving very low signal due to this calls dropped many times. also bad internet spped earlier

i facing network problem since 4-5 months.i does not receive signals, calls dropped many many times due to very low signals and give me bad internet speed earlier. my network provide each time give me assurance that they will solve the problem very soon. but i am waiting since 4 months for solution of my network problem. but they didn’t solve. i complaint my time regarding network issue but they didn’t take seriously and say we are working on it. they are working on the problem since 5 months, but couldn’t solve the problem.
i have all the complaint id’s/no. provided by service provider , audio of complaint calls and also the copies of mails which i send them regarding network issues.
sir please see the issue i facing many problems due to bad services.
calls dropped many times and couldn’t able to connect my services also give me bad internet speed earlier.
not able to do my all works not able call properly so the bad network service become resistance in work and life.
my service provider after each complaint give assurance that they solve problem very soon. but didn’t solve.
