Dear Sir,
I had purchased a mobile phone of xolo company on 7-march-2015 and found out that the mobile was not as per the specifications given on site of snapdeal the problems were :-
1) Snapdeal have specified that the glass of the mobile phone is a gorilla glass 3 but behind the box it says it is asahi glass and not gorilla glass 3.
2) Snapdeal have specified as the mobile have 16 gb but the mobile only contains 12 gb
3) The mobile also hangs and lags
When i send this message to snapdeal they told us to show it to customer service and the customer service say to talk in consumer forum against snapdeal
Please help me,hope you would do it as fast as possible
