Non effective resolution / No Transparancy

Hi,

Its regarding a Technical issue that i experienced immediately when i purchased the mobile phone iberry Auxus One. Initially their was some issues with Radio. I constantly spoke with the the technical staff but
after they assisted me installing a firmware for the mobile phone but other issues came up. As informed by the technical staff i submitted the mobile phone to the local service provider i got it back after one week and while checking at the service center it had still same issues it was not fixed i resubmitted the phone again then and their itself. Now its been more than a month and their has been no exact updates when i will be receiving the phone from the service center, The technical support says that some parts has to be replaced and keep on saying for updates after 5-7 working dates.

More over the iberry local service center had a pretty negligent and lazy approach as their Delhi region service center received the phone on 13 march a delay of 2 weeks with no updates at all. I kept on speaking to the technical support and as informed by them the delay was due to a mobile part that was suppose to changed. Now when i spoke to them on Friday the 27th march they say that the mobile phone is being sent to the Chennai service center. In between i also checked the local service provider on 21 march he then and their itself told me that the mobile is in Chennai service center. So you can easily make it out that their is no sync between them. All bogus information being provided.

I have not been able to use the mobile phone for one single day and for a company which sells one of their premium mobile phone its shame that they lack express service or rather i should say good products.

All i want is to get a replacement of the existing mobile as i do not foresee using a mobile phone which already has some manufacturing issues.

I will be more than please if some one can provide me a resolution for this as already its been more than one month.
