Refund

I booked my ticket from makemytrip on 28 February 2015. The money was deducted from my account.But my booking was failed.At the same time I have mailed them in order to get my refund.They haven’t replied me back.Then I made a phone call to them. They told me that my money will be refunded back in 72 hours.But again after waiting for 4 days I called them.They again told me to wait for 2 days. Now One month has passed but I am still struggling to get my refund back. My refund amount was 700 rupees and my Booking ID is NU27010940214279. #makemytrip #worst experience #worst Consumer Service.
