CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT NOT CLOSED EVEN AFTER 2 YEARS OF FINAL PAYMENT

Dear Sir,

My HDFC Credit Card No was 5176-5210-0750-2943.

I have made the final payment to close my credit card all 2 year back in 2011 and ask bank to close my account with NOC to my registered Home address.

I’ve also send a hard copy mail to
Manager, HDFC Bank Cards Division,
PO BOX # 8654
Thiruvanmiyur PO
Chennai – 600 041.

for closing of my credit card account and send me the NOC.

But still now HDFC bank did not close my account nor send me NOC.

when I check HDFC call center they told me that my account is in Dormant stage but there is no dues pending from my side.

And same thing also reflect in my CIBIL record which I attached with this.

And also HDFC bank recently reject my credit card application for the same reason also.

So can any one help me to solve this problem.
