Tikona Harrasment

I requested tikona to disconnect my internet service 8 months back and relocated to Cheenai, after that I sent couple of emails to Tikona to disconnect my internet service but they generating bills every month and i am getting harassment calls from Delhi, why should I pay the bill amount for not using the service.

Lots of time I called and sent email them to disconnect the service but nothing has worked out they are still generating the bill. once tikona representative confirmed that there was no amount pending at the time when I requested to disconnect the service. but now I am getting threaten messages and calls to pay Rs. 3440.

I request here to resolve my issue.
