item 39587369 is not delived and track number GGN40024932 is not working but shopclues is not responding

i have raised a complaint with shopclues for 12th March 2015 and from that date no response till today and no reply. Issue :- ——– i have ordered an item with shopclues about 20 day’s back and order number is 39587369 part of that Shopclues given track number GGN40024932 Via PROFSNL-BJW later some day’s status showing item is delivered but actually this item is not delivered to me . Shopclues is not taken any responsibility for this item until i raised a request even then shopclues support team is not responding to my mail’s. i want to could any one suggest how can i get this fixed. Seems Shopclues is not good enough for online purchasing and i am fedup with chasing Shopclues on this
