Incorrect Information on Website and Non replacement of Suitable unit

Dear sir,

I had purchased a SPICE mobile phone (Spice Dual 1.3 Mp Camera And Mp3 Player Sim Phone – White)from snapdeal.com(order no 6586453927) on 16th Feb. 2015, which was delivered to me on 23th of Feb. 2015. Also it was mentioned on the website that the phone supports CDMA feature however after speaking to the manufacture’s customer care I was informed that SPICE mobile company has not manufactured any CDMA phones so far. I returned the phone to snapdeal.com on the same day and I clearly informed that want replacement only. I asked them for a similar phone with CDMA feature in the same price range, but they are denying and are not complying to my request. I have called many times at snapdeal call center (9212692126) but no one is responding properly.

They are still adamant on refunding the money which I am not looking for. Despite my several followups with snapdeal.com they are not replacing the product and now they are not even refunding the money…

Request to you pls help in this issue ……
