On 17/9/2014, at 1.00 AM some body had withdrawn Rs 25000.00 at ATM of SBI situated at New Dadri Road Noida through clonning of my ICICI Bank Credit Card . I got to know about these transactions through SMS received at 1.00 AM which I had seen at 5.30 AM in the morning when I got up. The credit card was physically with me that time and nor I had shared the PIN with anybody. I immediately in the morning raised complaint with their call center and call center executive informed me that they will investigate the issue and on enquiring about raising police complaint by me, I was told that it is not needed.
However after many followups they informed me that dispute is in favour of bank and I have to pay Rs 25000.00 to ICICI Bank.
I have asked them to verify the video footage of ATM from where cash was withdrawn to verify who has withdrawn the cash and also to vrify whether it was withdrawn from clonned card .
However till date bank has not informed me about the nature of verification/ investigation done by them and also the video footage of ATM at the time of cash withdrawal.
I am getting repeated calls from collection agents of ICICI Bank . Also bank to pressurise me to pay by me the fraudulant / clonned withdrawal of Rs 25000.00 has reported this amount with charges to CIBIL.
This is the unethical practice of ICICI Bank with their customers.
