Hi, I am Amrita, on 14th march I recharged my reliance GSM (kolkata SIM) number with a net pack of Rs. 149, but I was not able to access net from the vary day. I repeatedly kept calling the customer care service of Kolkata location and they gave me the solution that with these many hours your issue will be resolved. but till date my issue is not being resolved yet, and the useless motherfuckers customer service providers are saying it will be done. Is this the service of Kolkata customer care service providers that they cant explain the issue clearly to the customers. Please take care of this issue very strictly, m suffering from the last three days and m in roaming and all my works are stuck. please take quick and serious action against Kolkata Customer Care.
