stolen my voucher

Hello,
I have been used a voucher for place a order in their official website(www.dominos.co.in) but they cut money from my voucher and not place my order.
Date: 13/03/2015 time at about 11:30 am.

After cut money from my voucher they said there are some technical issue so they can’t place the order right now and voucher will reactivated after 1 hour but 24 hours left and voucher not reactivated. Now it shown Voucher is not valid. Then I have contact them and today 14/03/2015(9:33am) I received a call from Barrackpore-Dimonos(033-2545-3272) and when I asked about that, they said nothing to do.

Please never used their online service any more.
Pizzahut far better than Dominos.
